ahm...ok. it'd be nice to link the profiles you mean.
but let's go to problems with the short OP:

-cannot be in SBA's location, Central Park, since being on Earth would make Goku pull back since...he likes the planet, so where would it be?
-those keys cannot be used against one another, since Jiren's profile directly states to be comparing to UI Goku and Goku's said to be fighting him on his 6th key, so using his 2nd key really guarantees there'll be an AP gap here in favour to Jiren (the guy who got wrecked by Goku Black won't do anything against Jiren, really)
-Speed needs to be equalized, goku's speed in 2nd key is in the sextillions, while the 3rd key is in nonilions and the key who fights against Jiren is about 147x faster than the 3rd...

In conclusion, Jiren AP and Speed-wise hugely stomps this.

Also, valid to say: it's just logic. Why would a Goku on a form lower than what got him beaten by Goku Black be able to do anything against jiren, when the manga is clearly superior (remember to this day it's unclear if manga vegito is bills level according to statements when things similar to this was only said about UI/Sign anime goku)?
