Ginyu saga goku is well above baseline. Don't know about gg. This guy doesn't seem to have any good hax that can put down goku. I think it will all come down to skill and AP.

He can also pressure point strike too.
This seems like a stomp for goku unless general has a valid wincon

General grievous can copy goku’s fighting style and use it against him if that’s possible or could use his lightsabers

You are severely underestimating Grievous here. This is a man who can fight and kill multiple trained Jedi at once. And that was canon, not even EU.

Goku won't fly away and spam Ki blasts because that's not how he fights against an opponent who can't fly.

Grievous' fighting style is a lot more devious and sly, which means he will not fight fair. He will probably trick Goku with a surrender and then stab him with a hidden lightsaber.

To those saying Goku can range spam, lol. Grievous is known to completely and utterly evade force powers, which are mostly invisible. He can very easily evade Goku's ki blast.
