Random encounter, this is kid Goku at the start of the series. The encounter takes place on a infinity sized field. They start 100 m from each other. Batman has ordinary gadgets, goku has his pole.

Superman couldn't fight present Goku anymore, either. As of recent Dragon Ball Super, Goku is MASSIVELY-multi-galaxy to low-end Universe level by power scaling from Beerus as well as from his early fights as Super Saiyan God. His Ki-enhanced speed has reached such a level that he's immune to time-stop haxx to a significant degree as-of his fight against Hit. So, yeah, present Goku would STOMP Superman. . . .MAYBE even stomp Superman Prime One Million just by virtue of sheer destructive scale (there's no evidence of Superman One Million being near universe-level).

Beerus, let's get real here people, Beerus or Whis could completely destroy (down to the sub-atomic level) Post-Crisis Superman with a completely casual finger-flick when truly powered-up at or near 100%.

Batman has some really bs gadgets depending on the story.

But this will probably be like his fight against an younger Superman.

Goku at the very start of the series is only wall-level. While he may be wall-level of a significantly greater degree than Batman, and may have the durability advantage, Batman has his gadgets and the VAST edge in combat experience and know-how. I think Batman would win this pretty easily despite having disadvantages physically, he'd find a way to knock the kid out.

I don't really know why Superman was involved in here.

Also, Howard clearly stated without ki. Without ki, most DBZ characters are very low superhumans, even SSG Goku when lowering his ki guards got pierced by a laser. Without ki, Goku'd need to fight Batman through skill and versatility, and Batman got the edge there.

But without derailing further the thread, Batman takes this with mid difficulty. @Goody summed it up nicely.
