Goku speed feat question

well i was wondering why these feats are not accepted on the wiki

just wanted to know why they were rejected.

First one is too vague, you need to prove it is a legit laser and we are not even shown he dodging it as it was off screen.

Second one, depending on how we use those spanish guides i forgot the name of, should work for a calc, they are already relativistic before that anyway

First one could be aim dodging

Second one is just a ki attack, almost every ki blast are beams of light. It's speed should depend on use's PL. Hell final form Frieza's death beams are also beams of light too
