if this is gohan from TOP i am more inclined to say he's statistically superior but Gohan when he's bloodlusted never goes for the kill but to beat up the opponent. So Black has time to recover and get stronger each time he gets a beating.

but theres no proof that his growth mid battle is even equal to goku blacks at all.

Well if both are bloodlusted then they'l both transform immediately into their strongest forms, so it's between Ultimate Gohan from the ToP to SSJR Goku Black

SSJR Black scales to SSBKK10 Goku in the Black Saga since he was stated to be the strongest non fused character in the Black Saga.

Ultimate Gohan matched SSJB Goku just before the ToP, who matched hit as a SSJG, where in the Black Saga he needed SSJB to match Hit, meaning he's 40 times stronger than Black Saga SSJB Goku

That means Gohan has a very significant AP advantage, but I'm actually going to go with Black for few reasons:

1) Gohan's AP advantage is not enough for one shot since the gap between them is 4 times at most. Meaning Black can survive his hits.

2) Goku Black has the Sickle of Sorrow that he can csn cut space time with it and create clones of himself to distract Gohan and harm him.

3) Goku Black has a ridiculously potent zenkai boost ability, which can allow him to easily surpass Gohan in power and kill him

How is 4 xAP difference isn't enough for a One shot? Also who has the advantage in speed, stamina?

Because in VS matches the gap to one shots is 7.5 times due to stomp values inconsistencies. 4 times at most is less than 7.5 times so Gohan won't one shot here, leading to Black winning for the reasons I posted above

Also Gohan should have better stats all around

Essentially, Gohan has to beat Black down while Black only needs one good hit to end this due to his Sickle. Tie that in with his Zenkai, mobility advantage via IT, clones and just prodigious talent and really, Gohan's advantages are very minimal here. Black can end this almost immediately and even if he fails that, the longer the fight goes on, the stronger he gets. So, really, it's he has the edge in everything that really matters.

Black will take this.
