So if a character uses time travel to move between parallel universes and instead of going to the past of another timeline where there were fewer multiversal branches.

He decides to go into the future of another timeline where there is infinitely more multiversal timelines.

Is basically the exist opposite of this picture. I know it's drawn poorly but it's the blue line

Is this Evidence of a Higher Temporal dimension? And is it 1 or 2 HTD's?

The key word here is Time Travel. There is a second time dimension, however it is not automatically a higher time dimension. For it to be a higher time dimension, you have to be able to show that it has a time-like development, which is a bit difficult.

Well try reading this blog or the Tiering System FAQ regarding time dimensions and if you have any difficulties let me know.

Well I got the idea from a Staff selected picture and some comments they left. I'm just wondering of the exact opposite also applies and suggest higher temporal dimension

This is a picture staff have

And I saw staff had an explanation about going to the past of a timeline where there was fewer multiversal branches

The exact opposite here would be going to the future of another timeline where there is more multiversal branches.

In this case, it is not really possible to prove that it is a higher time dimension.

The reason is this: let's say the character travels from time X to time Y in the future. There are several other multiversal branches, which can be explained by the fact that the branches were created at times between X and Y, which in itself does not indicate anything. So the best way to prove a higher time dimension is a time travel to the past.

Hmm that explanation does make sense.

The number of branches does cause issues with that
