Kurama isn't Incorporeal all the time. In any case, even if he didn't have it all I don't see what Godzills can even do to take Kurama down considering he's weaker than him in every category and significantly less skilled and intelligent.

He's not weaker. The A.P difference is small and Goji has an at least on his rating.

That just means he upscales the specific value by an unquantifiable degree, meaning he's still inferior to Kurama, even if it's by a small margin, not to mention Kurama's precog makes hitting him much harder than it is for him to hit Goji, his Poison will do some serious damage as well and then his fear hax will leave Goji paralyzed for Kurama to just beat his ass.

Because 1: Kurama isn't a Titan, 2: Goji doesn't have mind control, it's Social Influencing where he has to prove himself superior as shown with Scylla who's not an Alpha and challenged him twice and 3: Kurama still has actual fear hax that completely shuts down Goji.

The only thing Goji has over Kurama is that his Radiation Attacks can negate durability somewhat but considering that he's very unlikely to even hit Kurama with them due to the Bijū's superior agility and precog along with the fear hax paralyzing him then I'd say so personally which sucks because visually this fight would be raw to watch.
