Burning is the official name for when he's glowing orange, which can only be achieved through undisclosed conditions that require Mothra. His 2019 supercharged state doesn't have an official name, but meltdown works considering it's inferred to be like a nuclear meltdown

Yes. He liked your comment to confirm it. Not sure how you don't instantly know what he's referring to when Ghidorah doesn't have any other key that lists him as higher apart from the one that says "higher with Electricity Absorption"

Godzilla and Ghidorah here are pretty equal
(Post-ghidorah fight low charge Godzilla struggled with Tiamat, supercharged Godzilla killed it in seconds) (Ghidorah significantly overpower an albeit somewhat tired post-nuke Godzilla who was superior to his base to a notable extent).

It all depends on experience and powers and I'd say Godzilla takes this simply due to his experience with beating Ghidorah.

Also Godzilla now has EMP blasts which could hinder Ghidorah since he gains power by absorbing electricity. It's unironically possible that Godzilla just releases a single EMP nuclear pulse and Ghidorah gets dampened similarly to how Godzilla was dampened in 2014. If this happens then Ghidorah gets Tiamat'd real fast.
