Godzilla(Original) vs Ludwig

As simple as the title.

Ludwig's speed is decreased to Supersonic+ for a slightly fairer fight (Godzilla has decently higher striking strength)

However, they all have ALL of their abilities available.

How well would Ludwig be able to deal with Godzilla's radioactivity and atomic breath?

You can't change the speed of characters however you want. either you equalize it, or you ├▓leave it as it is.

That said, Godzilla one-shots in speed equalized. in speed unequal, Ludwing blitzes.

How well would Ludwig be able to deal with Godzilla's radioactivity and atomic breath?

Considering the breath isn't fire, he should stack up decently against it. However because it is radioactive ions, it would be incredibly hot, so Ludwig takes great damage there. But he can use his sword to defend against it because the breath is completely energy, and Ludwig's sword manipulates energy.

Well, it'd be pretty terrible at defending. But it'd still be able to do something I assume, if speed was equalized like you said then Ludwig would be able to block it for a split second and move away since the ray is a bit slow and has a decent charge up time.
