Due to speed being equalized, I vote for Godzilla. Colossal has no counter to being set on fire + radiation screwing with his cells. With a kick or punch he is so going to KO Godzilla tho, but the first thing this Godzilla will do will be shooting him due to him being bigger.

Godzilla obliterated city blocks the instant it shot the beam, no way Colossal is tanking that

He can survive it and hs regen allows him to repair the damage
