Dark Horse Goji is better skilled in melee, but Heisei tends to spam his Atomic Ray more often. I'd say Heisei is the more durable of the two, as he survived being trapped in a volcano, whereas Dark Horse reacted seemingly in pain to being hit with lava. Heisei's Nuclear Pulse would also be poor to Dark Horse's health. I think Heisei might eventually outlast Dark Horse in this fight, though Dark House would last a long time.
