Gods of War and Wrath - Kratos (God of War) vs Utsuho Reiuji (Touhou)

Thought of pitting these two God Slayers (err, Okuu kinda ate one so it counts) together so here's the match. Each successive version of Kratos faces Okuu, which is the version that can take her on? Naturally speed is equalized otherwise this isn't even a contest.

Location is in New York City

Okuu by a long shot she can make a sun and burn Kratos to nothing. And she can also make one with gravitational pull and suck him in kinda like what she did in her boss battle except this one unlike that one would be made to kill.
