For Ultio's soul manipulation, is this acceptable?

Additionally, I have made the agreed changes to Jin, Satan, and Ultio. Are they acceptable?

Lastly, Ultio's AP justifications are outdated. He's listed as having SS AP for no other reason than "as the implied final antagonist (which isn't even correct now), he should be as strong as Jin at his peak"
His small star level rating is fine due to him absorbing the (youthful) King's physical power, and fistfighting exhausted Jin Mo Ri, but "SS possibly higher" needs to be removed.
