Her power is kinda like stands so why the hell not
Rules: Glaistig Uaine starts off in the middle of nowhere in whatever part it is. She's going through that phase where she hunts down and kills people to claim their powers, so she doesn't really need much provocation for murder here. Still, this means engagements may not necessarily be standard fights.
The characters in Jojo have heard rumors of this weird lady who supposedly calls herself the faerie queen, who is allegedly extremely dangerous. Her power does not start off known. Information can spread as normal once she gets in action. Whether or not the characters will cooperate against her is up to them, depending on the type of people they are and their prior alignments. If someone shows up in more than one part but dies earlier on, they will not be back in their usual role. This means something like SCR may be bypassed if Glaistig Uaine kills Polnareff earlier. Fleeing is legal if it's in character (though good luck trying to pull it off).
Speed is equal because rip worm speed feats.
Any powers/stands she collects are allowed to roll over into later phases. For example, if she grabs a stand in part 3 and gets to part 4, that will be legal in her repertoire of powers.

3 rounds:
- Eidolon is not allowed. Gray Boy is allowed, but it will be assumed that his shard is running low and she will be reluctant to use him.
- Eidolon is legal, and all shards are assumed to be as charged as they can be.
- Same as before, but she is allowed to travel back to Parahumans (Verse) using Doormaker if she wants to and is able to to grab more powers from people (meaning she could theoretically nope out of a fight and come back with Sting or something), and it will be assumed that she has claimed every parahuman who died during Gold Morning. Taylor doesn't count.
