Giygas Rematch: Galactus

The two are basically even, the only differences I can find between each other that would be of significance is Galactus has soul manipulation as a bonus, but Giygas is both non-corporeal and omnipresent to Galactus's MFTL+ travel speed and only slightly superhuman movement speed.
From this I give Giygas the slight advantage but it is a very close call.

Galactus has the ultimate nullifier he wins that the reason he won last time the damn thing is pretty much is trumo card for when fighting his equals.
