A few years ago, Gilthunder's feat was removed from the profiles because Hawk claimed that he created a storm cloud. However, the size of a storm is not used in the calculation. Malikoba calculates the size of the cloud based on the Forest of White Dreams, which is presented on a map.
Putting this aside, the cloud created by Gilthunder is identical to a supercell. We can observe a hole in its center and its wall rotating, just like a supercell. Hawk calling it a 'giant storm cloud' reinforces this idea.
So, I propose using the radius of a supercell, which is 30 km, or using 20 km, considering that the storm completely covers the forest and the surrounding area.
