Well G&W has a combination of Duplication, Mid-High Regen and Ressurection to try and survive it. Do note that G&W has one day to set up his clones (And can possibly give them many resurrections each)

Gilgamesh proceeds to spam GoB and the Chains of heaven with Gae Derg and Gae Bolg making him unable to regenerate, along with getting on Vimana to make sure he doesn't hit him

I wouldn't consider the Shadow Bugs as "natural Regenerationn", as much as it's just G&W reforming itself from the Bugs.

Gae Dearg doesn't have healing negation.

Doesn't matter if it isn't natural Regenerationn Gae Buidhe would cancel it, Achilles spear would also do that. He could freeze all the clones with freezing sword before dropping magical nuclear warheads on them.
