Gilgamesh unleashes a Galaxy on Kaguya and she is absolutely annihilated. Gilgamesh stomps. This is only because he is composite (Given all power ups). I cannot quite remember, but he used 3 galaxies to power up an attack. That energy is the end of the entire Naruto Verse.

Genjutsu isn't instant. Kaguya still needs to activate it to get it to work, a chance she won't get if she gets impaled from head to toe and blasted with Planet Busting force before she can react (which she won't since a full-power Gil is Massively FTL+). Even if she did Gil's ego protected him from the mind crushing influence of Angra Mainyu which contains so much mind fuckery it makes Infinite Tsukuyomi look like a trip to the movies by comparison. In short, Gil stomps.

Gil's willpower (actually his ego, but same thing) is so strong that he shook off the collective malevolence of all the evils of humanity. IT is a joke compared to that. Ea also erodes the reailty marble of earth, meaning Chakra, being a concept that works within earth's natural laws, would cease to exist.
