Roman>Billy>Stu>Mickey>Nancy>Charlie>Amber>Jill>Richie>Mobile Game (Jill and Richie are interchangeable imo)

Out of the canon ones Roman is most definitely the strongest. He's the only one that overwhelmed Sidney apart from Billy overwhelming her weaker state from the first film, and he has hands-down the best equipment. He's also the only one to act alone.
