if 4-A is kept between those actual high tiers then its fine, i honestly dont have time to debate anything anymore so as long as CN is correct and tiering between characters isnt hyper inflated im fine
If anything you can just put full power narwhal at 4-A directly since its the actual voracious narwhal that can devour planets with mouth alone

As for the translation helper, i already asked @IdiosyncraticLawyer before and pretty much soon he will give his answer (because its already "tomorrow" like he said)
Currently, we only got one translation helper who is an expert in Chinese so its hard to asked another ones who are expert in another language like Japanese and Korean
