For range, you mean starting distance right? Or is it attack range limitation?

Right what's the AP? I did this with Garou and it was deemed a stomp due to 2B one shotting iirc

I'm not sure how 2B fight is done. She have a lot of ability in her character page but in the game they use plug in chip for ability and the size is limited. So, does she have everything available?

I'd assume yes she has everything barring her 7-A thing as it's a higher tier, that being said if the ap hasn't changed last time for OPM doesn't 2B just one shot?
