General Striking Strength Revision

The Striking Strength has recently found some problems with the confusion of whatenever the + is required or not and the confusion of the Class GJ and Class EJ since i saw that the at least can give the impression that a character has an higher striking strength than another with higher ap.

Ex: A character with at least Building level AP (At least Class GJ), has higher striking strength than a character with City Block level AP (Class GJ). The same is with at least Large Mountain level (At least Class EJ) and Island level (Class EJ).

I think that there should be only a class for 5-A instead of Class XKJ or Class XMJ.

So this is my proposal for a future revision:

I agree more with the Attack Potency Class (Small Building level Class) instead of Number Potency Class (Class MJ) because is easier to follow and understand.

Now the last thing is the Plus (+), which i think it should be used when:

1) If a calc puts a character in the higher ends of a level. (Ex: Garland 5-A+ feat)

2) If a character gets much stronger to the higher ends of his level. (Ex: Capricorn Shura)

3) If a character is vastly stronger than another that happens to be close to the higher ends of a level or a level of destruction (Ex: Perfect Cell)

Note: I know that Ant is tired and unwilling to make these changes, but this should be taken for the future when he is ready.
