Can the GBE formula results be summed up with the Destruction Value formula?

Due to the lack of further explanation about GBE. If the feats are characters destroying a small part of the moon, then the destroyed area is fragmented, and floats everywhere. Then, what formula should be used? Is it just GBE or GBE + DV?
