How does one reach A tier

-Know every martial art in existence and be able to instantly copy, master, and exponentially improve upon any you see done from a single move/few moves (not just the individual moves you saw, but the entire martial arts practice that they came from via just that move/those few moves).
-Be able to predict every single possible scenario/way a battle can go (not way it can end, or individual moves someone can use at a time, everyday single entire lengths of fights featuring a mixture of moves and outcomes that are physically possible to happen) after seeing a person perform only a single/few moves of their entire bag. So like octillions of combinations instantly.
-Be able to overcome the latter via sheer skill.
-Have all of your senses boosted to the ******* extreme, like hearing a footstep and being able to tell someone’s height, weight, physique, body makeup, martial art skill level, and fighting style even when they’re making next to no sound at all.
-Outpredict mfs who can literally see into the future or read your mind/subconscious, not with stats or anything, but literal pure skill.
-Pressure points, but ******* nutty (Gap 9-C to 2-C difference via “precision”, make people explode, give a blind person their vision back, etc)
-Do all of this off instinct, to the point that you can complete entire fights without thinking at all ala Ultra Instinct (No Goku is not A tier, but it’s a good example)
-(Optional) Grow in skill exponentially by doing nothing, to the point day by day you aren’t even the same person as before
These are just a few of the requirements for B to A tier btw, and even then you’d probably be on the lower end of those, so yeah, DeMid Skill-Layer ain’t cracking nothing.

Because just because someone can do it doesn't mean they're good at fighting, and even if they are, predicting every possible move is in the realm of magic and not skill because of the multitude of variables you DON'T have access to you need to compute every singe possibility in a fight.
So yea...magic.
