Pretty much the same situation in the MB vs Ira thread.
Inconclusive if Ira has damage absorption, Garou if he doesn't.

Didn't Satsuki win because flight and having the higher AP? If so, this isn't a stomp.

That and beating people with better versions of Garou's powers.
However Satsuki is far greater than Gamagori and could very easily stomp him. If Garou can have a somewhat fair fight with Satsuki, he should be able to stomp Gamagori.

You probably didn't say that Satsuki would one-shot. By my point still stands. Garou is 7-A for being superior to high end 7-Bs. While Satsuki (and to an lesser extent, Ira) are stronger than multiple 7-As.Ryukama said:

If Garou vs Satsuki isn't a stomp, then this is. If Garou can have a somewhat fair fight with someone that easily curbstomps Gamagori, then he does the same to Gamagori as well.
Even if Satsuki is significantly stronger than Garou, if it isn't insta-oneshot stomp worthy levels of stronger than Garou, then Garou stomps Gamagori.
