Well Wilhelm when facing Theresia, was facing inescapable death, but escapes it by slowing down his perception of time
A less skilled Garf has a similar sort of feat
Btw I forgot Garf also has something similar to Fa Jin
But anyway to me atm, maybe Garf will get a relatively more equal lifting strength in the future, and maybe he can be argued to be more skilled, but the speed Garou can gain is a major advantage, Garf would have to win quickly before being outsped, and out lifted, not sure Garf has anything to put Garou down before then, besides his own Fa Jin maybe, his instincts are pretty bs, telling him the right thing to do in any given situation.

Looking through the profiles... it's pretty clear who wins this. Garou is far too adept and he will just f@^* Garfiel up badly.
