Garaa vs Zhongli

Idk why but i have a bad feeling about this one

Although the fight is really thematic, if anyone wants to know the connections I'll reply in the thread.

Oh god another Shield GG, and it's even worse cuz it's the Jade Shield, which is not only far superior to normal Allogene shields, but is also Geo, so it's super effective against all elements as well as physical damage.

The only wincon Gaara has is Sealing, and considering he has to completely encase Zhongli in sand to do it (afaik), Zhongli can just as easily break out of the sand before the seal is placed and activated.

Unless im being a complete idiot and put the wrong garaa, his protection is just as, if not more op then even Zhongli, unlike the other genshin fights where the character put up against them had no way of being taken down, this insted is a geo shield, it has no weaknesses but can be broken by everything that isn't physical if strong enough, plus garaa's defense is instant as long as there's sand, so although zhongli's shield is stronger, garaa has his active at all times especially because of speed equal

Gaara's sand shield can be broken through by Zhongli's massive AP superiority (about 3x stronger), while Gaara can't do the same.

As for the shield potency, the perk of Geo shields is that while their damage absorption isn't quite as effective as say, Pyro shields against Pyro attacks, Geo shields have bonus damage absorption against ALL elements, including physical attacks. Just because it's comparatively easier doesn't mean Gaara can pull it off here, especially since the Jade Shield on its own is far superior to the bog-standard elemental shields used by Allogenes. This is especially the case considering this is Prime Morax, whose Geo constructs are considered the absolute toughest material in all of Teyvat, only further enhanced by the fact he has his Gnosis in this key.

Not to mention Zhongli can seal as well, and is more likely to resort to it than Gaara since pretty much all his wins in the Archon War were via sealing. Plus, Gaara has to deal with Zhongli's giant Geo Whale and Geo Kite double-teaming him in the meantime, spreading his sand thin enough that a single Planet Befall would bust right through his sand shield and turn him to stone.

Unless i'm wrong isn't gaara shield only 7A+ while planet befall is massively stronger than any other zhongli attack which is already massively superior to barbatos casual high-7A feat? If i'm right then Zhongli just planet befall and call it a day since it far eclipse anything Gaara sand armor protected him from, the sealing is either not fast enough so he can escape or can be destroyed via a several mountain none of the stuff that Gaara have would be able to work on Zhongli either so i guess this is a stomp ?
