Feat wise Presence stomps, it is immensely superior to a 1-A being who can oneshot another 1-A being.

Ugh...1-A fights

The Presence being superior to a 1-A that can one-shot another 1-A doesn't mean the Presence beats Gan. For every 1-A there is a potential infinite hierarchy above and below it.

A character may be the only 1-A in its verse but have abilities and attributes superior to the Presence. The Presence is a basic 1-A. Transcending infinite-dimensional hierarchy + superiority over other 1-As of his class. So what? There's 1-As conceptually superior to the concept of dimensions which is > transcending infinite dimensions.

If anything, The Presence needs better abilitied and attributes, not "defeating other 1-As" which are not even impressive 1-As.

This does not mean the Presence doesn't beat Gan, but he doesn't beat him for the reasons stated above.
