Dragons
Dragons are stated to be the greatest power in the world, I don't know if that could scale them above Wildfire which is 8-A, and if so only with their fire breath or also physically
The script states that when Drogon incinerated King's Landing and its population he left human silhouettes which are compared to the human shadows of Hiroshima. According to these articles, the bomb released 10000°F or 5538°C to do it, so I guess that would upgrade the heat of Dragonfire to that level
Bran stated that the Night King fought and killed many Three-Eyed Ravens but no one could stop him, so I think him and the White Walkers should have resistance to their abilities, specifically Mind Manipulation and Possession, since otherwise it wouldn't make sense if any Warg could mind control and stop them, plus Bran never tried to do it who knows what could or couldn't stop them.
He should have Skilled Dragon Rider (2nd key) and Rhaegal as Optional Equipment since he rode the dragon during the Battle of Winterfell
Melisandre
A Child of the Forest was able to rip off the head of a Wight, which is a Class 1 to Class 5 feat. While it's true that Wights are decomposed bodies, it must be taken into account that being raised by the White Walkers actually makes them tougher since their durability is 9-B+, far higher than the average human and warrior. If that's still a problem I guess the low-end at Class 1 could be used.
Daario Naharis and Jaime Lannister can break necks, so their LS should be Peak Human.
About the scaling, Wights are shown to be comparable if not physically superior to the Children of the Forest, and can also match blows with Jaime Lannister. Therefore, if Class 5/1 or only Peak Human LS is accepted it would scale to most of the 9-B+ characters.

- Limited Sound Manipulation (Large dragons can shook the very foundations of Storm's End castle with their roar, which is one of the mightiest fortresses on the continent that has endured many storms and sieges but has never fallen to either in its long history)
- Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Dragonfire releases sulfur, which is very toxic and can cause death)

- Stealth Mastery (A White Walker sneaked up behind a member of the Night's Watch with silent feet)
- Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Unaffected by Dragonfire, which releases sulfur that is very toxic and can cause death)
- Resistance to Pain Manipulation (His body became completely insensitive after all his skin putrefied due to being poisoned with Manticore venom)
- Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Unaffected by a barrage of dragonfire, which releases sulfur that is very toxic and can cause death)

Melisandre
- Resistance to Fire Manipulation (Can touch fire unharmed)
- Fear Manipulation? (Their spells that protect the Wall and prevent the passage of the Wigths also causes dragons to refuse to cross it). Daenerys' dragons should have resistance to that since they can cross the Wall without issues
