Galacta has a lot more useful abilties that's help for this fight such as telekinesis, transmutation, Regenerationn, reality warping and time manipulation. My vote would have to go towards her.

Galacta has more powers, her reality warping is going to give her the edge in this, Uma has no counter against it.

Aside from Galacta's dura being Unknown, her abilities seem to make up for whatever it would have been so my vote goes for Galacta over Uma.

What Dark sent is good enough reason to suggest Galacta takes it. There is also more useful abilities she has too such as reality warping etc whilst Uma has next to nothing to combat it.
