Well, Gohan seems faster, but the main problem about this versus is that the destruction of planet Vegeta (caused by 1st From Freezer) was calculated to be Low 4-C IRC, so he may receive a boost if the feat gets accepted (they will change the DB stats when the RoF arc ends), and if it does, Final Form Freezer would be 4-C, meaning Future Gohan would be at least 4-C, that would make Gohan win.

If this was Reactor Asura then it would be an easy win for him. But Mantra Asura has about the same stats as Future Gohan except Asura is slower than him. So Gohan wins.

Future Gohan my be faster then Mantra Form Asura but he also has the physical handicap of having only one arm, if that would make a difference.
