This should be a simple CRT. Currently, Overlocked Bender is "At least 3-C to 3-B, likely 3-A" with the following justification: Whenever he burps one or two galaxies can be created. The entire universe became his processor and he perceives everything as a "Chess Game"
I honestly think that it's a overcomplicated tiering for someone that should just be solidly Universal and nothing else. The fact that the Universe became his processor and he is shown to be one with the Universe itself should make him solidly 3-A rather than having said rating as just a "likely". His Large Size Type 8 (that is already in the page) would also automatically make him straight up 3-A.
The 3-C is just incorrect, and the 3-B tiering comes from an extremely causal feat of his (he created the two galaxies just by burping), so it shouldn't be used as his main justification, and obviously it's far from an anti-feat.
Overall, the justification can remain the same, but his actual statistics should just be 3-A and nothing else.
