Fusion Forms on Individual or Team Profile?

So yeah pretty much like what the title is saying. There's Character A that has a form that they can only access by fusing with their partner Character B. Should that form be listed on Character A's profile or should that be listed on their team profile? Like it's not an entirely new character like say Vegito or Gogeta from Dragon Ball. It's just Character A but with a new form and they are still the one that's in control.
