from 2-A to Low-1C, what is mathematical/set theory expression of it ?

As we know 2-A is infinitesimal in size compared to low 1-C, so how do we define formal set theory expression of it ?

Dimensional tiers (at least up to infinite dimensions) function in terms of measure theory instead of set theory. (Although Ultima's rewrite of the tiering system removed any explicit mention of that from the explanations)

measure theory ? so real analysis (generalization of calculus) then ?

Strictly speaking, measures can also be defined on sets that are not real numbers and the space in which they project can be generalized into complex numbers.
Our purposes are mostly concerned with the application of measure theory within real analysis, though, yeah.
More generally, measure theory can be considered a subset of mathematical analysis.
