Frieza is stronger, he can match Super Saiyan Blue Goku, while Piccolo profile puts him comparable to Frost, who is comparable to super saiyan goku

Piccolo in rof got one shotted by first form frieza. But here he is 3-A for some reason just because he fought a heavily weakened frost.

Agreed. Piccolo needed the Special Beam Cannon just to defeat Frost, and wasn't comparble to him at all throughout the match
Oh, and Frost isn't even remotely comparable to SSJ Goku. He only won because Goku was testing his power and Frost cheated with the needle, as shown when Vegeta, who is comparable to Goku, effortlessly one shots Frost while holding back a lot to not outright kill him

Yeah piccolo should be downgraded to 4-B. Even in TOP piccolo only vaguely scales above mssj gohan, which will put him solidly into 4-B but nowhere near 3-A.
Goku himself said that piccolo stand no chance against even a heavily weajened frost.
I am fine with frost's rating though.

No, he shouldn't because at no point in the saga Frost should be 3-A. Goku toyed with Frost the entire time, even after he transformed to his final form, and Vegeta literally needed to heavily restrict himself in order to not kill Frost in one hit, so scaling him to Goku and Vegeta wouldn't work.
Besides, Piccolo's sudden jump from High 4-C (as he was even weaker than SSJ Gohan, who scales far below First Form RoF Frieza) to 3-A in few days / weeks, as I'm pretty sure the U6 Saga doesn't happen a long time after RoF

Oh. That is obviously false. Piccolo does have feats of scaling to 3-A in the ToP, unlike in the U6 Saga

Full powered Frost was definitely 3-A. Heavily weakened frost(that piccolo fought) was not 3-A.

No. SBC was only a threat to battle damaged frost, who wasn't 3-A. Only fully health frost is 3-A

Vegeta was probably just pissed off at frost for cheating and for being an asshole.
But even if the "heavily weakened" argument doesn`t work, then Goku stating that piccolo won't stand a chance against frost should be sufficient. Although it would make piccolo 3-A with SBC.

Yes, but he still went super saiyan as oppose to base. When I was talking abt holding back I was referring to Goku because he is known for holding back or else we would have 3-A krillin

Even a healthy Frost shouldn't scale to Goku. Goku was testing Frost the entire time they battled, even as he went SSJ, since he wanted to gauge his power level. Vegeta's feat of one shotting Frost effortlessly while holding back a lot clearly shows he doesn't scale to them in the slightest
If your argument for 3-A is just that, then Krillin should be 3-A too in the ToP since Goku was "pushed" to use SSJ against him. Why scale Frost and not Krillin based on the same feat? Hell Goku went Blue there so Krillin would be relative to SSJB by that logic

Yes, but its just the fact that Vegeta went SSJ instead of staying at base, even though he said he held back to not kill him. Also doesn't Cabba consider Frost to be his superior?
