Yeah King Kai stated that Slug was stronger than Frieza but this was before Frieza's Full Power was displayed as well as SSJ according to Daizenshuu 6JohnCenaNation said:

Here's what I will say, Goku here is the Goku that should be fighting Frieza. This same Goku used the Kaio-Kenx100 to defeat Giant Slug and Slug still survived. That's at bare minimum 2x SSJ of the Namek Arc and far greater than Psuedo Super Saiyan.
With that being said I vote for Slug

What forms do they have access to here? I assume Slug can grow giant and Frieza can go up to his 4th form?
