Is energy anything special or is it the same as freezing a normal object?.

Freezing pure energy?

Given it's physically possible to freeze light according to one study I've read, I'm pretty sure it's nothing too special.

Well that's disappointing. I was thinking it would take Absolute Zero to freeze a laser.
