I am talking about what's described here.
This is essentially the afterlife of the setting. So, I was wondering, if a character can freely move and act in a place where it's openly acknowledged that Time is irrelevant and Distance is relative to how memories are merged... what would that translate into? Most souls in the place are moved by the Planet itself rather than moving by themselves, the others who for some reason are not part of the collective stream are trapped in a single place. The place isn't some sort of higher dimension or primordial space like these sort of places usually are, so it's kinda tricky.
