I know he did. But his standart weapon is kitchen knife, just because there are few instances of him using random garden tools or a metal rod thing doesn't mean he prefers this kind of weapons on regular.

Freddy has the advantage in AP, via scaling to Jason, who busted down a steel door. He also has more LS, as he can somewhat overpower Jason. Michael’s standard kitchen knife is a way worse weapon than Freddy’s glove, plus Freddy has Martial Arts and similar reactions to Michael. Freddy’s also better at using his environment, as seen in the construction site. Freddy would probably just outsmart Michael, use his different abilities (Teleportation, Fire Manip, etc.) to his advantage, and then just overpower and kill him with the LS and AP advantage.

Michael's Immortality is more backed with feats, Michael has regen which Freddy can't deal with, Michael has an amazing stealth that Freddy  cannot deal with, and something everyone here has forgotten:

Tbh it is true but badly worded, if truly no one fears Freddy he basically is powerless but it doesnt matter WHO fears him. If like Jack fears him he can go ahead and kill Jane if that makes sense
