Not sure about wiki standards tbh. But the way i see it, as long as it's not stated otherwise, yes soul less. Creating soul is different than life in general

Given that a frankenstein's monster type of creature basically a contruct undead, would say they just as soulless as any of the fromer two unless otherwise stated.
