While Naruto now holds the AP and Durability advantage and definitely wont be going down without a good fight, I might still have to go with Ahri High-Diff. Shadow Clones would be both a considerable threat and a constant supply of health to absorb via Essence Theft. Orb of Deception would be a constant threat due to its durability negation and Ahri's style of keeping her distance and staying mobile versus Naruto, who's durability-negating attacks are almost entirely melee based in this form (Rasenshuriken is the only ranged Rasengan variant in this fight). And there's always the possibility for Ahri to seduce Naruto and absorb his soul.
