Alright, it's 2:00 AM so I will gat straight to the point.


Flowy doesn't create or distroy time lines. When he manipulates saves, he is not creating universes, he is just traveling back to a point in time and fighting you then. Sans even says that timelines were stopping and starting, not disappearing. The only time they do anything like that when Flowey crashes your game after killing asgore and Asriel when he erases everything after absorbing the 7 souls, putting him at 3-A/ Low 2-C.

They are at their tier due to Flowey stating that he is < Chara, who is 2-B.

I have already pointed out once that he was blatantly talking about genocide Frisk, referencing how he would be stronger than their "stolen soul", regardless of Chara not having a soul and not having bought it yet.
