This thread aims to upgrade the current speed ratings of characters from Fire Emblem Heroes.

From Book III - VI

Characters from Book III - VI should have Massively FTL+ Combat Speed/Reactions.

This rating comes from Legendary Micaiah's "New Dawn" attack, which is an attack that comes from the sun, and reaches the target in a fraction of a second. This has been calculated at 16764.7437756 c.

Skills/Effects such as Dodge/Godlike Reflexes allow characters to "dodge" attacks (In-game, the skill just reduces damage based on the user's speed compared to the opponent's speed, but it's pretty obvious from the name, and from the effect, that the user is meant to be at least partially dodging the attacks), and other characters are capable of keeping up with characters with said Skills/Effects.

In addition, characters in Lost Lore are capable of dodging attacks, which would include Micaiah's New Dawn.

From Book VII+

Characters from Book VII+ should scale to Immeasurable Speed.

There are two main feats that support this rating.

1. In Seer's Snare, the Order of Heroes gets trapped in Gullveig's realm, which is located at the far edge of eternity. All of them are capable of crossing Gullveig's realm, and make it back to their own time.

2. In Book VIII, we learn that members of the Healing Hands cross the branches of Yggdrasil to get to anywhere in the Nine Realms. These branches of Yggdrasil are long enough to go to different times entirely.

Wouldn’t this imply that users of skills emphasizing their speed are ironically ordinarily the slowest

I don't really follow. If you're referring to the "keeping up" part, I mean that characters are still capable of tagging users of Dodge/Godlike Reflexes, just to a lesser degree compared to those without said skills. So, users of Dodge/Godlike Reflexes are still faster.
