Reshiram's advantages: Speed, Intelligence, Can increase their base stats (but even with game mechanics it's 4x at most, iirc, the actual extent is unknown), range, resistance to fire based attacks

Fire Dragon's advantages: AP and Dura (scales to people 4.74928571429x greater than Reshiram's feat), Durability negation (although with a near 5x difference it's not even needed)

Unless the difference in speed isn't that large (although it is MHS vs MHS+), I'll vote inconclusive

Although if their speed is close or if speed ends up being equalized, Fire Dragon just oneshots and wins

So, Fire Dragon definitely isn't going to land anything on Reshiram, which makes this fight inconclusive as neither is going to damage the other
