So, FF4 is still the least haxxy game in the series. But hopefully I can at least buff its AP to 4-A tonight.

So, FFIV's cast has a Large Planet key in the After Years scaling off multiple instances of moon moving, one from the base game, one from the after years. But, I think that the latter needs to be upgraded. The True Moon is the final dungeon of the game, which The Creator (The game's final boss who doesn't yet have a profile) is able to move at will, which is responsible for the feat.

However, it needs to be noted that this isn't really accurate. The true moon isn't just a moon. It's a dimension, with its own set of hundreds of stars and nebulae and such. This isn't just in one instance of the game either.

Given this, I believe that FF4's 5-A key should be upgraded to Multi-Solar System Level (The Creator is capable of moving the True Moon, which contains hundreds of stars within it).

I disagree. Just going "Starry Sky = 4-A" while ignoring context and the inconsistencies it would arise feels very wrong.

The Creator is literally the final boss, and the only people above her are Shinryu and Omega which are going to get buffed to Low 2-C. And as they are, Shinryu and Omega are already 3-C from scaling above a 4-A feat.

Where is it stated they created the dimension? They're fighting on the Moon, so of course there is a starry sky for a background; but that doesn't mean he created those stars.

They're fighting inside the moon, actually, not on its surface. The final boss image is at its center, like the lunar core in the first game.

It's stated to be the Creator's moon, and s/he created the contents within it, evidenced by the crystals and the dungeon itself.
