Alien X's usual IC move is Telekinesis then eventually mind hax (something Frank isn't resistant to). Alien X can't physically kill him due to from what I assume because Frank likely has the massive AP Advantage and that Type 8.

Time Manipulation gets negated due to Type 2 Acausality and Alien X has his own

Dimensional Travel won't do anything, unless he knows about Alien X's personalities and perhaps he could theoretically travel to Alien X's pocket dimension, but not sure how that will help as again he lacks everything to take X down and Serena, Bellicus, and Ben can just vote to just kill him on the spot

If Life manipulation is about sapping away Alien X's life force, celestialsapiens can die from that actually. Anul Valdis does basically that, and not even Celestialsapiens can suvive their, though it would take a while for them to die, they still can.

Even if Time Hax works, Alien X's natural home world, The Forge of Creations, is out of sync with time, not to mention the fact that Alien X has Time Manipulation of his own.

Alien X would beable to react to the time hax anyways, the sotabro effect allows Celestielsapiens to sense when someone is manipulation the time stream, such as, going back in time. He could definitely follow them if this happened.
