Fighting Over Sun: Blake Belladonna vs Neon Katt

Ummm I mean there's nothing too special about Neon other than speed, mobility, and freezing nunchucks which Blake's semblance can easily take care of.

Voting Blake for clones, more dust options, ranged weaponry, and generally higher base melee range (sword and being able to be swung around).
