I doubt Thor can overcome that hax, he has to recognise it as a threat/attack right? and the one time he needs to see it will be a fatal hit

like aizen said, thor needs to recognize as attack but holy right hits the moment it attacks that means it isnt possible to evade it once the "attack" was made...
