Featured Articles Discussion

This thread is to determine which articles should be listed in the Featured section of wiki header.

Policy of articles in Featured section:

• Articles will be listed only with community consensus.
• In case of the community's inability to reach a verdict, Admins will be asked to make a decision.
• The articles in Featured section will be revised every month.

Criteria for featured articles:

• Articles must follow the appropriate Standard Format.
• Articles must be of high quality.

• Article should list all important and relevant statistics.
• Article should list an appropriate number of categories.
• Articles should have term links to statistics and terms seen in the article.
• Article should preferably list one or more calculations (or feat/respect thread).
• Article should preferably list other sections such as Summary, Gallery, etc. as well.
• Article should preferably list Notable Techniques, with appropriate description.
• Article should preferably list some VS threads.

• Articles' comment section must not include crude or inflammatory remarks. You may notify an Admin to get rid of such comments.

Some other instructions:

• Please keep in mind to not let the discussion turn hostile.
• If your article of choice is by chance not selected, cheer up! There's always next month. Try to analyse why your article was passed over, and make the due corrections.

Since this has only been implemented, the first time nominations will be done with Admin consensus. Future nominations will be done by the community as a whole.

Additionally, whenever this thread is inactive, it will remain locked.
