Well, the CRT banned is over after 5 months and here we are. I got more planned after this but let’s start with this.
Currently on the site, we have special weapons in Fire Emblem Three Houses like the Heroes’ Relics having Durability Negation against dragons because it is stated on the description of their Combat Art that they deal bonus damage to this particular unit. Well, while dealing bonus damage and weapon effectiveness is a thing in 3H, I disagree that it is Dura-neg but probably (as the title stated) Damage Boost.
The game goes into detail on the guide section of the in-game menu under ‘Combat’ that in the game; If a weapon or Magic is particularly effective against an enemy’s type, then the damage will be tripled. If a Combat Art is particularly effective against a certain enemy’s type, then the damage will be doubled instead.
So, instead of ignoring durability, these weapons, spells and Combat Art inflicts extra Damage that is either doubled or tripled depending on what is utilized.
EDIT: Decided to add footages from the game itself
